Thought catalogue is my favorite thing since sliced bread. Well….that’s not true because I don’t like bread nor do I eat it that much and if I did I’d probably buy the really good local artisan kind but that’s besides the point. Thought catalogue is awesome. Never before have I been able to find a place for the short little essays that perfectly describe so many things everyone experiences and completely understands. Seriously people. Check it out! You’ll be amazed. Just make sure you have a couple hours to spend because once you start reading you won’t stop!!

Summer thunder storms are my favorite
I love stormy days where I can just sit in my big leather couch with some tea. Pajamas still on at 4 in the afternoon with nothing to do but read or write. Days like this when the rain comes down in torrents, that crisp clean scent of wet earth coming through my window, are the days that make me love being the book worm that I am and having the profession that I have. Rain will wash away anything if you let it…it’s time to start fresh.
